Why did you follow the Zonar Cure?

BAM: For the cleansing of the organism. As it says on the site, I was thinking of relaxing my organs for a period, to give them a break. I did also want to lose weight, but knowing that I do it for my health helped me mentally.

How was it? Did everything go well?

BAM: For me it was the other way around. In the first week and a half it was simple. Then it started being harder and harder. As I approached the end of the Cure, it was getting more and more difficult.

The majority of persons have problems in the first few days. How hard was it in your case? Was it hard during the cure?

BAM: It was not hard. Probably the ambition and enthusiasm with which I started the Cure made it seem easy. I was very enthusiastic about trying the Cure. It was something new for me.

What was the most difficult thing in the Cure?

BAM: The only difficult thing for me was that weekends were a passive period and I would keep forgetting to drink Zonar. I did not have any activity, like during the week, when I had "inserted" Zonar into my daily schedule.

How many days did you follow the Cure?

BAM: I followed it for 21 days.

After how many days did you stop feeling effort and started feeling perfect during the cure?

BAM: In my case, the beginning of the Cure was easy. My senses heightened, I had more energy and slept less. I did not even realize how much energy digestion could consume. I was missing the taste of food. The 21 days seemed like a lot of days for me.

Were you tempted to eat during the Cure? Did you eat something you shouldn't have during the cure?

BAM: Nothing. I did not eat. I did not even have burns from the digestive juices. I did not have any cravings because I imposed not eating on myself.

How did you fight your cravings?

BAM: Mentally. I told myself, that for 21 days I will only drink Zonar.

How much weight did you lose?

BAM: I lost about 10 kg.

What did your friends say when you told them about Zonar?

BAM: A lot of friends appreciated me for my ambition, but they also like the fact that I've lost weight. Some of them told me that they could not have followed the Cure for so many days. Sincerely? Even I can't say that it was something easy. It really wasn't. But I took it all as a challenge. Big provocation, big satisfaction, right? My parents also supported me. On the other hand, Zonar gave me the necessary motivation to go to the gym with more enthusiasm. I've been to the gym and I feel more elastic, more flexible.
